The game

• HousePeeping is a free guessing game about homes. There are no prizes, cash or gifts. Scores and ranks are for fun.
• Home values shown are estimates from licensed data and public records. They are not appraisals or offers.
• Players must be 18 or older.

Text message program

Program: HousePeeping scoops sent on behalf of your real estate agent. Message frequency varies, up to 3 game texts a week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or email help@housepeeping.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Agents

Agents may only add contacts they have a real relationship with. No purchased lists. Agents are responsible for following real estate advertising rules in their state, including showing their brokerage.

Fair use

Please don't use HousePeeping to harass anyone, post personal details about people, or describe neighborhoods by who lives there.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new date at the top of this page.
