HousePeeping.com is operated by Access.com LLC ("we"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Agents on our waitlist: name, work email, brokerage, market, and the optional details you choose to share.
- Players (when HousePeeping opens): email, mobile number if you choose texts, the street you want scoops about, a username, and your guesses and questions.
- Basic site data: pages viewed and device type, to keep the site working and fast.
How we use it
- To run the game: send scoops, score guesses and show leaderboards by username.
- To let your real estate agent know when you ask them to reach out.
- To contact waitlisted agents about early access.
Text messages
We only text people who opted in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
What we never do
- We never sell your personal information.
- We never show real names or home addresses on leaderboards.
- We never name the buyers or sellers of a home.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails with one click, stop texts by replying STOP, and ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing privacy@housepeeping.com. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
Age
HousePeeping is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
